21st Century Summer Camps

Topeka Public Schools offers summer programs through a 21st Century grant at three of our schools. If your student is an active participant in the program at your school, contact the site coordinator or principal to sign up for the summer program
ROBINSON MIDDLE SCHOOL - LEAP SUMMER CAMP 2024

Dates: May 28 - 31, June 3 - June 6
Time: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Field trip days will have different hours and the school will share those with families ahead of time. 
Description: The Robinson LEAP Summer Camp is a 21st Century Community Learning Center grant program open to current Robinson students and incoming 6th grade students. Special highlights of the camp include STEAM and Academic enrichment, Topeka Police Department Day, and a Science City Field Trip. 

Lunch will be provided to students each day.

Science City Museum in Kansas City

Quincy Elementary School

Dates: June 3 - June 28
Time: 8:00am - 11:00am
Description: Students in the summer grant program at Quincy will receive 45 minutes of reading and math tutoring each day. They will also participate in enrichment activities each day that will include a variety of indoor and outdoor activities focused on art, nature, and fitness. Participants will receive both breakfast and lunch each day.

Chase Middle School

Dates: May 29-31 (Wednesday-Friday)
            June 3-7 (Monday-Friday)

Time: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Description: Any current Chase student, including exiting 8th graders and all incoming 6th grade students may participate. Highlights for this summer's camp include STEAM learning opportunities, academic enrichment opportunities, and a field trip adventure to wrap it all up. 

Participants will receive both breakfast and lunch each day.
